Draft Plan Approval in Grand Valley
Thomasfield has moved one step closer to the development of Mayberry Hill in Grand Valley, Ontario. Thomasfield has received Draft Plan Approval from the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing and now only awaits the finalization of a subdivision agreement.
You and many interested individuals want to know exactly when Thomasfield will begin constructing homes. While our full construction dates are dependent on the timeliness of an agreement with the township, we have approval to construct model homes while grading and servicing are being completed on the rest of the site. We expect to have those model homes constructed by early 2012. The model homes will be single detached units and our lot sizes are a mix of 36’ , 40’ and 45’. When the model opening dates are confirmed we will follow up with another e-mail newsletter.
