When you purchase real estate from us, or if you participate in one of our surveys, we may collect your name, address, telephone number and/or e-mail address.

Your personal information is used by us only for the purposes identified below and access to your personal information is limited to those employees of Thomasfield Homes Limited who need to have access to it.
Sometimes we have to share your personal information with others
Your personal information may be used by us to provide products and services to you such as: provide our subtrades and suppliers with your contact information to help facilitate the construction of the home and to provide post-closing service work; provide appraisers acting on behalf of financial institutions information on the home to be built for the purpose of financing, to provide utility companies with contact information for the purpose of transferring accounts. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may also disclose your personal information where we are required or permitted by law.
How long do we keep your personal information?
We retain your personal information as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose. If the information relates to the service or repair we retain the personal information for as long as is reasonably necessary to address any issues arising from the service or repair or as may be required by law.
What can you do if you want to limit the use to which we put your personal information?
Most of the personal information which we collect is necessary for us to sell or supply to you, to provide products and services, assist you in the financing and we cannot do this without that personal information. Similarly, we must disclose your personal information as described above in order to sell or supply you with the product, to provide products and services, assist you in arrangements for financing. You have a right to access the personal information which we have about you and to request that personal information which you believe to be inaccurate be corrected. If you wish to access your personal information you should contact the Privacy Officer who will be pleased to assist you.
